- Develop and manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a personalised and attentive service that fosters long-term client loyalty.
- Drive gross profit growth by identifying and securing new customer opportunities across various freight channels, ensuring consistent and ongoing shipments.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers, ensuring reliable and competitive service delivery.
- Play a key role in maintaining clear and profitable margins on all accounts and shipments, actively seeking opportunities to maximise profitability.
Previous experience working in a role in the freight forwarding industry.
Flexible and reliable with a good attitude.
Good time management.
