We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established and growing project management team, delivering high-end retail interior fit-out projects across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects from initial feasibility through to completion. You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across a range of retail projects, including new store roll-outs and refurbishments.
Duties include:
- Managing multiple projects from inception through to completion.
- Taking responsibility for project budgets, programmes, timelines and cost sign-off.
- Leading client roll-outs for new stores and refurbishment projects.
- Producing project programmes, schedules and delivery plans.
- Leading site meetings, monitoring progress, issuing minutes and maintaining cost reports.
- Carrying out feasibility studies for new sites, including risk analysis and initial cost estimates.
- Producing detailed estimates and CAPEX forecasts.
- Providing value engineering solutions while maintaining project quality.
