We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join an internal team and play a key role in supporting and modernising enterprise infrastructure environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong cross-platform expertise across MAC and Windows environments, alongside proven experience of Hyper-V.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server and MAC environments
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support across physical and virtual environments
  • Support VMware to Hyper-V migration activities, including planning, implementation, testing, and optimisation
  • Manage and maintain virtualisation platforms and associated storage/network infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers on infrastructure projects and upgrades
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience supporting MAC environments in enterprise settings
  • Solid Windows Server administration experience (2016/2019/2022)
  • Proven experience migrating VMware environments to Hyper-V
  • Experience with Hyper-V administration and optimisation
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtual networking
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
