We are exclusively recruiting for a growing, well-established business seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team due to increased demand and internal progression. Ideally, we are looking for someone based within North London or the surrounding areas due to the travel involved across London and the Southeast.

The role will involve working independently at customer sites installing, servicing and maintaining specialist electrical and AV-related equipment, while delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, servicing and maintaining specialist equipment (full training provided)
- Planning and managing your own workload effectively
- Completing service paperwork accurately and on time
- Acting as a professional representative of the business on customer sites
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools and stock levels
- Liaising closely with the office-based Service team

- A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Paid overtime with strong earning potential
- Company bonus scheme
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
- Pension and optional healthcare
