Business Analyst – Must have a strong technical understanding Are you an experienced Business Analyst who can translate complex business and technology needs into clear, traceable requirements? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a Technology team of a purpose-driven financial services team. This is an excellent opportunity to use your technical analysis expertise to support business-critical technology change within a collaborative and values-led environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, testers, operational colleagues and third-party suppliers, you’ll define, analyse and validate the business, technical and data requirements that support strategic and operational objectives. You’ll gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, maintain end-to-end traceability, develop process and data models, review solution designs and supplier artefacts, and establish measurable acceptance criteria and success measures. We’re looking for: Experience as a Business Analyst within technology change or project delivery. You’ll bring strong requirements analysis skills alongside experience of non-functional requirements, integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation and controls. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, including the confidence to facilitate discussions and constructively challenge requirements and proposed solutions. Experience within banking, financial services, accounting or customer systems would be advantageous, as would SQL/data analysis skills or a relevant Business Analysis qualification
