QC Quality TechnicianSittingbourneUp to £28k We are currently recruiting for a QC Quality Technician to join a well-established and successful organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in product quality, compliance and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Head of Quality Control Compliance, you will play an important role in maintaining product standards, coordinating quality inspections and working with factories and international offices to resolve quality issues efficiently. Duties include: Checking and analysing Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) reports Coordinating the full PSI process and ensuring inspections are booked ahead of shipment dates Updating internal systems with PSI results, product weights, dimensions and inspection dates Reviewing quality issues and recommending suitable rework solutions Creating, monitoring and following up on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) Authorising goods for shipment from a quality control perspective Producing and issuing quality reports following identified issues Working directly with factories to resolve quality concerns and prevent repeat issues Coordinating factory debit notes where required Pr...
