The Role Working closely with drainage engineers, customers and the wider operations team, you will be responsible for: * Scheduling and allocating jobs to field-based drainage engineers * Managing engineers diaries, workloads and daily schedules * Planning jobs based on location, urgency and engineer availability * Coordinating emergency and reactive drainage call-outs * Speaking directly with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates * Monitoring jobs throughout the day and responding quickly to delays or changes * Liaising with engineers regarding ongoing works, job progress and completion * Updating internal job management systems accurately * Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and service levels * Supporting the wider operations team with general coordination and administration What We re Looking For * Previous...
