An established organisation within the automotive sector is looking for a Warranty & Technical Claims Specialist to join a small, specialist team. The role focuses on investigating product-related issues and warranty claims, supporting trade customers, and helping to protect the reputation of the products in the market.
This position is based in West Kent and is only realistically accessible to candidates who drive and have their own vehicle.
The Role
- Support the end-to-end handling of warranty and product-related claims from trade customers.
- Review claim information submitted through internal systems and help decide whether to:
- Authorise low-value claims,
- Request further information, or
- Arrange for parts to be returned for technical inspection.
About You
- Background in a technical, mechanical automotive environment is essential – for example:
- Automotive parts / aftermarket
- Warranty, technical support or quality
- Garage, workshop or service environment
- Analyse claim data,
- Identify potential causes through physical inspection of car/truck parts, and
- Support fair, evidence-based decisions.
