You’ll be working within a collaborative R&D team on meaningful projects that directly improve quality of life. The Role Working as part of a friendly and supportive Engineering team, you will: Support the development and improvement of existing product lines through hands-on engineering work Conduct testing, troubleshooting and data analysis to ensure products meet quality and safety standards Prepare documentation and contribute to technical reports Assist in problem-solving activities and corrective action plans Collaborate with colleagues across design, production and quality to deliver innovative solutions The Candidate To be successful, you’ll need: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific/engineering discipline A keen eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving ability A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to share ideas and learn from others Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow and develop within an R&D environment The ability to travel when required (passport without restrictions is essential) The Package Competitive salary circa £30,000 depending on experience Excellent training and mentoring within an established engineering team Hybrid working available after training period Genuine opportunities for career progression and development This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their engineering career with a company that invests in its people and values innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement.
