We are looking for an IT Support Analyst, with around 2-3 years' experience to join a team supporting users across the company. Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
  • Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge bases

Skills Experience

  • Previous experience in an IT support/service desk role
  • Good working knowledge of Windows
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions)
  • Understanding of networking principles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable (but not essential)

  • IT-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Exposure to Office 365 / Microsoft 365
