We are delighted to be representing a fantastic not-for-profit organisation in bringing to market a rare Individual Giving Manager role based in Mid Kent.
The Individual Giving Manager in this role will be instrumental in delivering ambitious plans to grow the individual giving programme. It will perfectly suit someone who can lead on the strategic development and management of all individual giving income streams.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Director of Fundraising to create a long-term strategy for individual giving aimed at expanding our donor base and generating significant revenue for the charity.
- Enhance and solidify our client s one-time and recurring donation income through supporter recruitment and development of supporter journeys.
- Develop annual income and expenditure budgets and plans for individual giving.
- Reforecast income and expenses and suggest improvements for better performance.
- Provide monthly reports on Individual Giving KPIs.
- Implement effective segmentation to ensure supporters receive relevant and appropriate communications.
- Develop exceptional stewardship plans for supporters, including both one-time and regular donors.
- Line manage the Individual Giving Executive, ensuring they are motivated to achieve annual objectives and complete agreed-upon activities.
- Ensure supporters receive excellent donor care and stewardship.
- One direct report – Individual Giving Executive.
The successful candidate for this role will have/be:
- Proven success in increasing income through various channels, including a diverse array of activities, campaigns, and appeals.
- Proven ability to create supporter-focused content and products that enhance reach and engagement across numerous campaigns and programs through diverse fundraising channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in creating and reporting performance metrics and KPIs for donor acquisition, as well as conducting cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses is desirable.
- Experience using Mailchimp or similar is desirable.
