Marketing Manager to join their team.
We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience managing a small team and who is happy to chip into various duties as this role is varied and not just management.
You will be leading all marketing projects, working across.
Duties include
- Develop and implement marketing activity across a portfolio of established brands, ensuring each brand receives appropriate and consistent marketing support.
- Manage new product launches and the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, product literature and supporting communications.
- Lead the creative process, including copywriting, design briefing and direction, and coordination of photography and other content production.
- Oversee website content, updates, optimisation and ongoing SEO activity to improve visibility, engagement and user experience.
- Take ownership of key marketing projects from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and manage advertising, media and PR activity across relevant UK and international markets, including campaign development and creative execution.
- Analyse marketing and campaign performance, using insights and data to identify opportunities and inform future activity.
- Develop engaging content across a range of channels, including websites, case studies, PR materials, email communications, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of presentations and marketing materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, agencies and partners, negotiating costs and ensuring value for money.
- Prepare, manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring expenditure is aligned with agreed objectives and priorities.
- Lead and support the marketing team, including recruitment, objective setting, performance management, regular one-to-one meetings and professional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to ensure marketing activity supports overall commercial objectives and brand strategy.
