Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipments via air and sea freight
- Communicate effectively with customers, hauliers, and carriers
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines and airlines
- Organise collections, ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are met
- Complete customs entries and export declarations
- Prepare and process export documentation, including manifests and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with country-specific shipping requirements

About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in export operations (air and sea freight)

- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
