Both opportunities offer the chance to build a career in technical engineering, product development, and commercial engineering roles, working closely with experienced engineers and industry specialists.
These positions are ideal for graduates who enjoy working with technical data, engineering drawings, product specifications and manufacturing processes, while also developing broader commercial and analytical skills. It would be ideal if you had an interest and knowledge of automotive components and systems for some of the several roles we have available for enthusiastic grads!
What you could be involved in:
- Reviewing engineering drawings and CAD models
- Supporting technical product development and product range management
- Analysing engineering data and product specifications
- Assisting with engineering planning and manufacturing processes
- Supporting costing, quoting or commercial decision making
- Managing technical product information and documentation
- Working closely with engineering, quality, procurement and commercial teams
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar – 2:1 or above ideally
- Some ability to use 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- An interest in engineering products, manufacturing or the automotive sector
- Good Excel / data analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Placement year experience, internships or exposure to engineering environments would be beneficial but not essential.
