We are recruiting for a part-time Finance Assistant to join a forward thinking, innovative organisation based in Maidstone for 3 months, on a Temporary basis. Working closely with the Accounts Lead, you will be experienced in Xero and have the ability to work steadily through a high-volume workload. Process driven, this role will need a worker with a keen eye for detail who is happy to get on with the job in hand.
This role provides an opportunity to work for an employer who are a market leader in their field.
Duties include:
- Processing invoices
- Assist in day-to-day finance administration
- Responsible for processing a high volume of invoicing
- Paying suppliers in line with terms
- Creating invoices and entering into Xero
- Liaise with suppliers, resolving queries
- One-off tasks as required such as chasing debtors
This is an office-based role working approximately 17 hours a week across four days. Suitable candidates will need to have previously worked in a similar role and must have experience using Xero as limited training will be provided.
