Requirements:
- Proven experience in an EUC, Desktop Support, or Endpoint Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Apple ecosystem devices
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in enterprise environments
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Apple certifications or relevant technical certifications are desirable
- Scripting or automation knowledge such as Bash, PowerShell, or similar is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support and administration for macOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices
- Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across the business
- Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues
- Assist with networking support including Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity
- Support device security, patching, compliance, and asset management
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels
