Location: Office-based with some flexibility
We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join a close-knit HR team and help drive recruitment across a range of roles, from office positions to warehouse, hygiene, QA, and machine operators.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: create engaging job adverts, conduct pre-screen calls, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Bring creative ideas to campaigns, talent pipelining, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Represent the business at recruitment events and fairs.
- Support HR admin: onboarding, contracts, interview coordination, and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
- Strong recruitment experience, including social media and digital campaigns.
- Highly organised, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
- International recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
