Electrician β 1st Fix (High-End Residential) Location: Green Park, London Start Date: Monday 13th October 2024 Duration: 4-5 weeks Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team on a prestigious high-end residential project in Green Park. The role will involve undertaking 1st fix electrical installations to the highest standard, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Carry out 1st fix electrical works including containment, wiring, and associated tasks. Interpret drawings and work closely with site management to meet programme deadlines. Maintain a high standard of workmanship expected on luxury residential developments. Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as an electrician on high-end residential projects. Valid Gold Card CSCS/ECS. Up-to-date qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Strong knowledge of UK wiring regulations. Own tools and PPE. Ability to start immediately.
