The role:
- This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role where you’ll be trusted to manage the full process.
- Registering buyers and generating new business opportunities
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Keeping accurate records and managing pipelines effectively
- Working closely with solicitors, brokers and other stakeholders
You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, improve processes and contribute to the wider success of the business, not just do the job.
What we’re looking for:
- This role is ONLY suited to candidates with estate agency experience.
- Minimum 2+ years in residential sales (negotiator level or above)
- Strong track record in viewings, negotiations and sales progression
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to winning business
- Professional, organised and detail-focused
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
