My client is looking for a Development Consultant to join the team. This role offers progression and is looking for someone to be a key player in a growing small (multi-disciplinary) Land and Property consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Development Management
- Review schemes - market research, viability, some appraisal work
- Manage client relationships - some business development, promotion at events & networking
- Land agency - some sales & some land selling and sales progression (to ensure fee)
- Report/tender writing and some framework understanding
Qualifications/Requirements
- You should have some understanding of Development Management/Project Management
- Land and Property Management experience
- Planning knowledge would be beneficial
