We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale migration projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, helping organisations modernise their collaboration platforms with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to design robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring seamless migration and adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead the architecture and technical design of Microsoft Teams deployments and migration programmes.
- Develop migration strategies for collaboration platforms, including tenant-to-tenant, hybrid, and cloud migration scenarios.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project delivery teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, workshops, and technical presentations where required.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
- Active SC Clearance
- Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect within Microsoft environments.
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft Teams migration projects.
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and Microsoft collaboration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and technical documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
