We're looking for an experienced Programme Director with active SC Clearance to lead the successful delivery of large-scale network transformation programmes for high-profile end clients. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in complex environments, can engage confidently at executive level, and has a strong track record of delivering strategic technology change with robust governance.

Key Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance (essential).
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale network transformation programmes.
  • Strong background working directly with end clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional programme governance experience, including steering committees, RAID management, financial oversight, reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Demonstrable experience across the full programme lifecycle, from mobilisation through to successful delivery and transition into BAU.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing programme managers, project managers, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering within secure or government environments.
  • Strong understanding of complex networking technologies and infrastructure transformation.
  • Experience working within highly regulated sectors.
  • Relevant programme management qualifications (MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
