Are you an experienced Mechanical HVAC Project Manager looking to join a growing and well-established building services business? We're recruiting on behalf of a respected M&E contractor for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial Mechanical HVAC projects across London and the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results for clients.
You will be responsible for managing multiple Mechanical HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties include:
- Managing multiple commercial Mechanical HVAC projects valued between £120,000 and £2 million.
- Taking full responsibility for project delivery, programme management, budgets, and profitability.
- Managing commercial and contractual risk throughout each project.
- Producing financial forecasts and project reports.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to specification and programme.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company quality standards.
- Selecting appropriate mechanical equipment and providing technically sound solutions.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The right candidate will have/be:
- Proven Mechanical HVAC experience within commercial environments.
- Experience delivering multiple M&E projects simultaneously, ranging from £120K to £2M.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
