Customer & Operations Analyst Permanent Full Time Monday – Friday Mid Kent £34,000-£38,000 (DOE) We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our client’s team. In this role, you will examine operational data and customer feedback to uncover trends, optimise processes and boost customer satisfaction. You will develop reports and dashboards, deliver actionable insights and work closely with teams across the business to support efficient, data driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce weekly reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. Collaborate with teams to understand insight needs and translate them into actionable outputs. Identify process improvements to streamline insight delivery and operational workflows. Provide recommendations to management based on data-driven insights. The successful candidate for this role will have/ be: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritise multiple requests and manage deadlines A proactive and detail-oriented mindset This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic organisation who take pride in ensuring their employees are well looked after!
