Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people’s day-to-day experience? We are on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our friendly team in South Manchester. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience at every step.
Duties:
- Collecting all relevant information related to statutory claims for Payroll assessment.
- Facilitating access to the Timesheet Portal to ensure efficient invoicing and prompt payments.
- Managing complaints and insurance claims, from initial feedback to escalation at tribunal level.
- Completing reference checks and dealing with HR enquiries.
- Handling HR-related enquiries, including employment status confirmations for HMRC and reference requests.
- Managing the end-of-contract process, ensuring pension and holiday pay are addressed prior to issuing P45s.
- Providing clear guidance on queries related to payments, expenses, and payslips.
- Supporting financial wellbeing by facilitating access to pension schemes and employee benefits portals.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Excel.
- A strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- A process driven mindset and attitude.
- A great telephone manner and top notch communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
