Job Title: Customer Services Executive

Our client has an opening for a Customer Services Executive to join their friendly and supportive team at their lovely offices in Mid Kent. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful organisation committed to excellence, both in the services they provide, and treatment of their staff.
Duties include:
Providing excellent customer service and responsiveness throughout the customer’s journey.
Maintaining good product knowledge and up to date database management to ensure all quotes and enquiries are effectively followed up.
Taking care to accurately identify and analyse customers’ needs in order to offer appropriate solutions, upselling where possible to add more value to the customer experience.
Providing post sale support such as courier tracking and assistance with insurance claims.
Aiming to exceed all SLAs and KPIs where possible.
Identifying and escalating any complaints and compliments.
Participating in the accurate completion and analysis of reporting methods, and implementation of recommendations.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience within a customer care role, involving an element of accurate order processing.
Fantastic attention to detail, accuracy, and personal organisation.
The ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
Drive to overachieve and look for continuous improvement.
Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office.
Great listening and communication skills, with a warm, professional phone manner.
Good relationship building and management skills.
