Contracts Manager – Basildon – Up to £60,000 Plus Benefits Due to expansion, PW Construction are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who has experience with both Mechanical & Plumbing projects in Basildon. The successful candidate will be working for a well established business who have over 100 staff across multiple offices in the U.K. Skills required You must hold a black card (Essential) Managing full life cycle projects Produce clear, accurate and defined scope of work instructions to sub-contractors to ensure accurate deliver within works timeframes. Regular site visits to scope works/projects, monitor works progress, and ensure client expectations are met. Working mainly on new builds Must have a good knowledge of plumbing Gas experience is highly desirable (not essential) Working hours: Mon – Fri 7.30am – 5pm Job Details Up to £60,000 per annum Company car Company pension Company events Private medical insurance Profit sharing The ideal candidate will have several year’s experience in a similar role and currently hold a Black CSCS card.
