The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a highly reputable law firm with multiple offices across Kent. You will join an already experienced Commercial Property team who foster a friendly, motivated and collaborative environment.
Duties include:
Managing a complex caseload of commercial property matters including but not limited to;
Leases of industrial units, offices, shops, restaurants etc
Acting for landlords and tenants
Option agreements and development matters
Freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and purchases
Commercial re-mortgage and re-financing
Developing and growing the firms commercial offering
Supporting more junior team members
Ideally 3 years PQE and prior experience working within a busy commercial property team
Experience to deal with complex cases and help develop junior fee earners
Commercial astute and technically strong
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship management capabilities
