We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our client's busy team. The role involves supporting clients, managing cases, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and online systems.
- Assist with setting up and managing cases.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Produce basic reports and support account queries.
- Help onboard new clients and provide guidance on systems.
- Support team projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
You will have/be:
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
- Confident in using MS Office suite, able to use Excel to produce spreadsheets for reporting.
- Able to meet deadlines and be organized in managing your own workload.
- The ability to work constructively as part of a team and independently.
- 1 year experience working in an office environment.
- Strong academic background achieving GCSE and A Levels.
