My client, a European pharmaceutical company, is seeking a proactive and experienced professional to take ownership of their administrative function. The successful candidate will establish, manage, and optimise company processes and procedures. This role offers significant growth potential for the right individual.
Given the company operates within a highly regulated industry, candidates with experience in regulated sectors will be especially valued. The role involves project management, contract and budget oversight, and contributing to the operational management of the business.
Duties include:
- Implement and maintain a project management system to facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support office setup projects, working with internal teams and external providers across finance, legal, and HR functions.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, collaborating with hiring managers and external partners to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Support executive leadership in Company budget tracking, reporting.
The successful candidate must have/be:
- University degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience working in a regulated industry is advantageous.
- Proven experience in implementing new systems or processes.
- Experience in project management or operations is desirable.
- Familiarity with project management tools and bookkeeping software, such as Xero.
