Basic Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
OTE: £50,000 – £55,000+

We're recruiting for an exciting, fast-growing AI & SaaS technology business that is looking to add a talented Business Development Executive to its expanding commercial team.
This isn't your typical BDR role.
You won't be expected to sit at a desk hammering out 200 meaningless calls a day, nor are they looking for someone who simply brings a "black book" of contacts.
Instead, this business takes a structured, intelligent and highly targeted approach to new business development - identifying the right organisations, understanding their challenges and creating genuine commercial opportunities.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining a modern, ambitious technology company at an exciting stage of growth, selling innovative AI and SaaS solutions into the B2B market.
Working closely with an experienced sales team, you'll develop your own pipeline through a combination of targeted prospecting, research, intelligent outreach and relationship building.
This is a genuine new-business role, but one where quality of activity matters just as much as quantity.
You'll be given the tools, technology, training and structure to succeed - with a clear opportunity to develop your career as the company continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with ambitious salespeople from backgrounds such as BDR, SDR, Business Development Executive or BDM who are ready for their next step. xgikmsk
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within B2B new-business sales or business development
- A genuine hunger to develop a career within AI, SaaS and technology
- Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers
- A consultative approach rather than simply reading from a script
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to research and understand prospective clients
- The drive to build and manage your own pipeline
- A competitive mindset and desire to earn
- The ambition to progress as the business grows
