Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our client\βs reputable organisation based in West Kent.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, resolving queries, reconciling statements, processing payment runs
- Raising invoices, sending statements, processing credit notes, uploading to external systems
- Credit Control including posting receipts, taking payments, chasing debts, managing accounts
- Keeping sales and purchase ledgers accurate and up to date
- Managing finance inboxes, post, and resolving queries
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller
Requirements
- Have a solid understanding of general accounting processes
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Be confident with Excel
- Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills
