I am currently seeking a reliable and professional 7.5T Driver to join our construction client based in Berkhamsted. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the vehicle at all times.
- Deliver plastic pipes and associated goods to customers in Berkhamsted and surrounding areas.
- Complete deliveries on time while adhering to all vehicle and driver legislation.
- Plan the most efficient daily routes.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
- Comply with Health & Safety standards and driving hours regulations.
Requirements:
- Class C1 licence (minimum requirement).
- Driver CPC training.
- Digital driving licence (tacho card).
- Understanding of driver procedures, including driving hours rules and regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Desirable:
- FLT (forklift truck) experience is advantageous.
