Overview

Head of Sales Division – UK/EMEA/Americas

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead an internal sales team of four alongside one External Account Manager. The role carries responsibility for achieving a high gross profit target per annum and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will focus on driving growth across key product lines, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring strong customer development plans are in place. They will coach, motivate, and manage performance within the team while ensuring full use of CRM and reporting tools to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a small sales team to deliver monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop business plans and customer strategies to drive growth across target markets.
  • Support Account Managers through coaching, joint visits, and regular 1:1s.
  • Monitor sales activity using CRM and reporting tools, ensuring accurate data and clear communication.
  • Oversee contracts, pricing, and product campaigns in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in leading Account Management/Sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage pressure with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships
