We are looking for a strong Technical Assurance Manager (TAM) who will focus on ensuring the technical integrity and compliance across a network refresh project. You will manage and coordinate all activities, contribute to the improvement of strategies and processes, review deliverables, monitor progress, raise issues, and coordinate activities.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Develop and Maintain Technical Assurance Plans - create and update assurance plans, collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Conduct Technical Assurance Activities - reviewing deliverables for compliance, monitoring progress of work, and identifying potential issues or risks.
- Certifications and Approvals - coordinate activities to ensure work packages meet the required standards and receive necessary certifications or approvals.
- Improvement of Technical Assurance - contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's technical assurance strategy, processes, and systems.
- Compliance and Sustainability - ensure projects adhere to relevant environmental, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
- Issue Management - responsible for identifying, raising, and negotiating corrective actions for issues that arise during the project.
- Technical Knowledge - experience and knowledge of networks, ideally within a Cisco heavy environment.
