Job Description

This is an opportunity to work at a Legal 500 rated firm with offices in London and the the regions. The firm are renowned for their property work and have an opportunity for a Planning solicitor or partner to join their established team.

The firm have a wide range or property clients to include a range of developers, investors and a range of retail operators.

Ideally you will have gained experience in a London or strong regional firm and have knowledge of S106 agreements, highway agreements, contentious and non-contentious planning law and you will be experienced in business and client development.

Managing ,or having experience of training more junior members of staff would be of interest, but not essential for this role as would have the ability to work across the other commercial and residential team members. Having entrepreneurial skills would be key to this position as you will be able to grow the planning/property team and create your own team/ department.
