Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a flair for building long-term relationships and driving high-value sales within the construction or interiors market? This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer of lockers and cubicles that has been trading successfully for over 20 years. Our client is renowned for quality, reliability, and innovation, supplying bespoke locker and cubicle solutions to the leisure and hospitality sector across the UK.
The Role: You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and specifiers, guiding them through the design and specification process to deliver premium locker and cubicle solutions. You’ll manage existing key accounts while identifying and developing new project opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities within leisure, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from specification to completion.
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet client design and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
About You:
- Proven experience in a field-based B2B sales role, ideally selling to architects, specifiers, or contractors.
- Background in construction, interiors, washrooms, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to read plans/drawings.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Driven, professional, and commercially minded.
