We are seeking a highly skilled DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise monitoring and infrastructure visibility to join a high-impact, security-sensitive environment. This is a critical role for a professional who thrives on ensuring system resilience, performance optimisation, and proactive incident management.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust monitoring solutions across complex infrastructure environments
- Configure and optimise SCOM and PRTG to deliver actionable insights and system health visibility
- Develop and manage advanced dashboards tailored to operational and stakeholder needs
- Implement Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation aligned with architectural standards
- Monitor network performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and ensure high availability across services
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance observability and reduce MTTR
- Continuously improve monitoring strategies, alerting thresholds, and automation capabilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft SCOM and PRTG Network Monitor
- Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
- Expertise in dashboard configuration and visualisation for operational intelligence
- Demonstrable experience producing detailed LLD documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within enterprise-scale environments
- Experience working in secure, high-availability, or mission-critical systems
