We’re particularly interested in speaking with experienced commercial professionals from the B2B publishing, media, events or exhibitions sectors who have a strong record of generating revenue.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong B2B publishing or media sales experience
- Proven experience selling print and digital media solutions
- Exposure to sponsorship, events or exhibitions
- A strong personal track record of new business development and revenue generation
- Previous experience managing, coaching and developing salespeople
- Experience developing key accounts and increasing customer spend

- The ability to balance your own sales activity with responsibility for the wider team's performance
The Opportunity
This is a genuine senior commercial position offering significant ownership and autonomy. You’ll be joining an established business with a strong presence within its specialist B2B markets and will have the opportunity to directly influence sales performance, revenue growth and commercial strategy. It’s particularly well suited to someone who doesn’t want to step away from selling. You’ll still be expected to win business, develop major accounts and lead from the front, while using your experience to get the best out of the wider sales team. For the right individual, there is also genuine scope for the position to develop into a broader Publishing Director role as the business continues to grow.
