This is an opportunity to join a Chambers and Legal 500 rated firm based in the heart of the West End. The firm has strength and depth in the employment team and is now looking to hire a senior associate with a minimum of 7 years PQE.
The firm has a wide range of clients including corporate, SMEs, public sector, and HNW individuals and families. You will already be working with a City or a West End firm and have gained experience in managing and mentoring more junior members of staff, as this role requires a balance of management skills alongside client and business development skills.
The current workload has a 70/30 respondent split, but experience of high-value claimant work would be an advantage, though not essential. There is a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, and you will have built up client contacts and relationships that are able to move with you.
In return, the firm offers a competitive remuneration package, hybrid working, and a range of staff benefits.
