An established manufacturer of natural ventilation systems is seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop and grow sales across the South of England. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on specification-led projects within the construction sector, working closely with architects, consultants, specifiers, and contractors to secure projects from design stage through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and specify natural ventilation solutions into commercial and residential construction projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers to secure early-stage design influence
- Work with contractors and developers to support projects through to completion
- Deliver CPDs, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Provide technical guidance on product selection and system application
- Manage and grow a pipeline of specification-led projects across the territory
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Experience:
- Proven field sales experience within construction or building products
- Experience selling into specifiers, architects, consultants, or design teams
- Technically minded, with the ability to understand and explain engineered solutions
- Background in ventilation, HVAC, façade, or mechanical engineering
