An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven professional to join a growing social enterprise as a Commercial Partnerships & Growth Manager. Working alongside the Director of Commercial, you will play a key role in helping the organisation expand its services, develop new revenue streams, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
This is a highly visible position for someone who enjoys networking, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into genuine business growth. You will act as a key link between the organisation and external stakeholders, helping to strengthen market presence while supporting the wider commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external organisations
- Support the preparation of tenders, bids, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Manage and nurture prospective opportunities from initial contact through to conversion
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a professional and consistent commercial approach
- Represent the organisation at meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Proven experience within sales, business development, account management, or marketing
- Experience working for a Charity would be highly advantageous
- A confident communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially aware with the ability to recognise and develop growth opportunities
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
