The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.

Our client are Legal 500 and Chambers rated and are looking to add an experienced R and I Partner to their growing team.

The firm have offices in London and the South and there is flexibility on where this role can be based.

To be successful in this role you will have technical knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Insolvency Rules, the Companies Act 2006, the Chancery Guide, the CPR, and related legislation, with the ability to advise confidently on formal insolvency processes, insolvency claims, directors’ duties and personal liability.

Experience of contentious insolvency proceedings, including court applications, director disqualification proceedings, and claims under the Insolvency Act 1986.

This is an opportunity to join an established practice and work with a range of clients and a varied workload.

You will have experience of developing clients and new business and will either have built up a portable following or have a range of referral systems that assist in gaining new clients.

This opportunity will also allow you to manage and develop junior members of staff and assist in their training and development.
