Employment Senior Associate – 6+PQE – London West End

This is an opportunity to work directly with an established Employment team in a Legal 500 rated firm. The firm have an established reputation in a wide range of sectors.

The role:

  • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, as well as assisting on matters.
  • You will be working with established employment partners who will support your career progression.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop and create new client relationships at a senior level.

The right person will have / be:

  • A qualified and experienced employment lawyer with a client-centric mindset.
  • A skilled communicator and team player, adept at building trust and rapport.
  • Passionate about employment law and have the skills to work with entrepreneurial clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including music/entertainment and corporate.
  • Focused on how to develop and grow your career, whilst working closely with your colleagues.

  • c.6 years PQE preferred, but exceptional talent and enthusiasm are valued.
