An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join this top 100, rated practice with offices based in Guildford, London and the South‑East. The firm is going from strength to strength and is now looking to grow its Corporate team with the addition of a Partner.

This role would suit an existing Partner who is 10 pqe+ and who has established themselves within the Corporate market. Ideally you will have built up a client following that is portable and will have experience in M and A work, disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBI and MBO’s.

You will have gained experience in training and mentoring junior members of staff, along with supervisory experience gained from a London or rated regional firm.

In return, the firm offers a competitive remuneration and benefits package, alongside hybrid working and the opportunity to combine working in their London office if required.
