An opportunity has arisen with a top 100 law firm with offices based in Brighton. The position will be working with the national DR team but focused on contentious probate and trust work.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of contentious trusts and probate work, to include:
- Inheritance Act claims
- Executor/Trustee disputes
- Breach of trust claims
- Validity of Will challenges
- Claims relating to breach of Executor duties
- Other private wealth disputes
