Production Operative in Maidstone (outskirts, driver with own transport essential). Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 DOE. Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm (40 hours pw) with flexibility to work from 6.30am in busy periods.

Our client has an admirable staff retention rate and is looking for a full time, permanent Production Operative with a Forklift Licence.
As a Production Operative you will:
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth production processes.
- Work at height, in confined spaces and in an industrial manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary.
- Carry materials and products up to 20kg independently.
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
To be considered for this Production Operative role, you will have:
- Relevant working experience in a similar environment.
- A counterbalance forklift licence with experience (in-house or national considered).
- A good level of physical fitness and strength (heavy lifting and stamina required).
- A willingness to work at height and in confined spaces.
- A track record of reliability and punctuality in a working environment.
- Experience operating machinery.
- A good level of common sense.
- Basic maths skills.
- A good attitude and willingness to muck in.
