With ambitious plans for the future, they are now looking for a commercially astute and technically sound Operations Manager to lead and develop their production and logistics functions.

Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and operational functions, including production, stock control, logistics, quality, health & safety, and team performance. This is a leadership role for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, while also thinking strategically to scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering efficient and effective production output, on time and to spec
- Driving improvements in lead times, quality, and operational profitability
- Leading and motivating the operations team to achieve performance targets
- Enhancing systems and processes through Lean/6 Sigma or similar methodologies
- Managing budgets and resources to maximise productivity and margin
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Supporting the wider strategic goals of the business, including HR and performance planning
