This is an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical collaboration and communication platforms within a secure environment, supporting both project delivery and operational services.
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of Unified Communications technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft Teams, voice, and collaboration services.

Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice solutions.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Auto Attendants, and Call Queues.
Configure and support Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.
Troubleshoot complex issues across Teams, telephony, and Unified Communications infrastructure.
Support Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and ensure service availability.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver UC solutions that meet business needs.
Assist with migrations from legacy telephony platforms to Microsoft Teams.
Monitor system performance, identify service improvements, and implement best practices.
Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.
