This role is not technical. THE ROLE

Working at the heart of the commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries and producing quotations in a timely and accurate manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creating and issuing customer quotations using internal systems
  • Handling inbound enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring pricing, quantities and details are accurate and compliant
  • Managing multiple live enquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Liaising with customers to clarify requirements and timescales
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in real time
